freshcells Launches ADAC Travel Portal with Revolutionary Platform and Over 170 Affiliates
Düsseldorf, May 21, 2024 – ADAC Reisen, a leading provider of travel and mobility services, has engaged freshcells as a trusted partner to optimize its booking processes.
Facing the challenge of integrating a diverse range of travel options and a broad network of partner providers, ADAC Reisen sought a flexible platform to streamline its booking paths. For this crucial task, ADAC Reisen selected the specialists at freshcells. Utilizing their TravelSandbox® Quickstart platform solution, freshcells was able to meet a substantial portion of the requirements from the outset, despite extensive customization requests. freshcells delivered the entire web presence, including all booking paths, within the agreed timeframe. By implementing a centrally controlled booking platform, all content from ADAC Reisen’s landing pages is now consolidated and presented in an optimized manner. Furthermore, freshcells enabled each of the more than 170 travel agencies to have its own digital sales channel. Each agency receives an affiliate ID to attribute bookings, and all agencies have the option to customize their online presence. Additionally, all partner IBE integrations were successfully implemented, ensuring a seamless booking experience for a wide variety of travel options, including package tours, hotels, motorhomes, car rentals, vacation rentals, flights, cruises, and ferries. The members' travel area has also been significantly enhanced and revitalized. Members' travel options can now be attractively showcased using the freshMS (Marketing Management System), and are fully filterable and searchable.
