freshcells systems engineering GmbH is a software company based in Düsseldorf, Germany with a dynamic team of over 40 employees.

In order to strengthen our team in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a Sales Director (m/f/d) full-time.

As Sales Director you will build up contacts, maintain existing contacts and create enthusiasm with the opportunities we open up for our customers. You intuitively recognize business potential, see analogies between industries and markets, like competition and explain confidently why we are better than our competitors. You show what value our customers receive through cooperation. You represent freshcells as a team, as a brand and as a solution provider, build up offers and position freshcells. Together with the management you will shape the strategic development of freshcells.

Your Responsibilities

  • Sales management and strategic business development of new accounts
  • Presentation of our sophisticated portfolio of solutions and services to potential customers, from upper mid-sized companies to large corporations
  • Identification of customer requirements and needs; tailor-made solutions based on the freshcells performance and service portfolio
  • Sales support for management in new business and expansion of existing customers
  • Processing of customer enquiries from the needs analysis to the conclusion
  • Strategic control and management of new business and new customer acquisition

Your Qualifications

  • Several years of proven professional experience in the sales of complex digital solutions and technologies, for example in agencies, software, IT services, etc.
  • Existing and active C-Level contact network; familiar in dealing with demanding C-Level contacts
  • Experience in creating modern sales strategies and a distinctive conceptual thinking
  • Networker with convincing communication and presentation skills and a likeable appearance
  • Ability to successfully establish and expand a customer relationship through competent advice as a trusted advisor
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
