To strengthen our team in Düsseldorf, we are looking for support for reception & office management (m/f/d) in part-time 32 hrs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Reception and support of guests in German and English language
  • Preparing for and following up on meetings (shopping, setting the table, arranging, clearing away, etc.)
  • Preparation and follow-up of the monthly Company Breakfast (shopping, setting, arranging, clearing, etc.)
  • Organization of company events such as summer party and Christmas party, trade fair planning
  • Beverage orders, gas cylinder orders
  • Commissioning of craftsmen for repairs in the house (e.g. electrician)
  • Monthly purchase for basic needs in the house and for 2 employees kitchens
  • General office organization
  • Answering and forwarding telephone calls
  • Parcel reception for all companies located in the house
  • Get mail from mailbox and distribute to all companies in the house (Freshcells, Craftsales, Findus)
  • Supervision of occupational health and safety topics
  • Inventory and labeling of hardware, inventory of promotional items, key assignments
  • Regular inventory of dishes in the house
  • Administrative tasks in JIRA, Confluence and Float, Excel and Word, enter vacation requests and sick leave, schedule feedback sessions, maintain employee data
  • Support relocation process of new employees
  • Pflege des Geburtstagskalenders, Geburtstagskarten für Mitarbeiter schreiben
  • Erstellung von Küchendienstplänen

Your Qualifications

  • Professional experience in a comparable position desirable
  • Good computer skills
  • Good English and very good German skills
  • Ideally successful completion of commercial training
