Your Responsibilities
- Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable including invoice receipt control, account assignment, booking, monitoring of payment dates, invoicing and responsibility for dunning
- Booking cash desk and bank
- Preparation and monitoring of payments
- Handling of general correspondence
- Monthly reporting of the current figures
- Preparation of advance VAT returns, cooperation on annual financial statements together with the Tax consultant
- Payroll accounting, other processing in personnel area
- Budget planning
- Other tasks in the commercial area
Your Qualifications
- Completed commercial training, preferably as financial accountant (m/f/d)
- Profound work experience
- Secure handling of the MS Office package and Datev software
- Structured, independent and result-oriented working method
- Good communication skills, friendly and team-oriented appearance
- Good knowledge of English
